  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 22, by striking line 22, and inserting
  1  4 the following:
  1  5    "2.  The construction design statement must be
  1  6 prepared by a contractor who posts a bond with the
  1  7 department equaling at least one hundred thousand
  1  8 dollars.  The construction design statement must
  1  9 include".
