  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 48, by inserting after line 9, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "An applicant who incorporates manure by injection
  1  6 shall be entitled to the following:  fifteen points."
  1  7    #2.  Page 48, by striking lines 20 and 21.
  1  8    #3.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1  9 internal references as necessary.
