1 1 Amend Senate File 2205, as amended, passed, and
1 2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 6, by inserting after line 11 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "5. Smoking, as defined in section 142B.1, shall
1 6 not be permitted during a child development home's
1 7 hours of operation in an area of the child development
1 8 home which may be used by the children receiving child
1 9 care."
1 10 #2. Page 7, by inserting after line 34, the
1 11 following:
1 12 "Sec. . Section 237A.13, Code 2001, is amended
1 13 by adding the following new subsection:
1 14 NEW SUBSECTION. 5A. A child care facility that
1 15 previously received child care wrap-around funding,
1 16 meets the requirements for being a shared vision
1 17 program except that a shared vision program is not
1 18 operated in the county in which the facility is
1 19 located, and is providing a child care wrap-around
1 20 service that is included in the community empowerment
1 21 area board's plan for the community empowerment area
1 22 in which the facility is located shall be deemed to be
1 23 qualified for child care wrap-around funding."
1 24 #3. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 25 and correcting internal references as necessary.
