  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 43, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "benefits." the following:  "However, the applicable
  1  6 previous payment does not include compensation
  1  7 received by the employee but subsequently repaid by
  1  8 the employee pursuant to section 85.22.""
