  1  1    Amend Senate File 2326 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 79, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "ff.  The board of nursing may retain and expend
  1  5 not more than $181,000 from revenue generated pursuant
  1  6 to section 147.80.  Fees retained by the board
  1  7 pursuant to this lettered paragraph are appropriated
  1  8 to the department to be used for the purposes of
  1  9 performing the functions of the board of nursing."
