  1  1    Amend Senate File 2326, as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 110, by inserting after line 34, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Notwithstanding section 232.143, subsection 1, a
  1  5 service area may exceed its budget target for group
  1  6 foster care by up to twenty percent in the fiscal year
  1  7 beginning July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003,
  1  8 provided the overall funding allocated by the
  1  9 department for all child welfare services in the
  1 10 service area is not exceeded."
