  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5272, to Senate File
  1  2 2190, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 43 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "If compensation is reduced pursuant to an
  1  7 apportionment as provided in this subsection, any
  1  8 reduction in liability to an employer shall be passed
  1  9 on to the employer and not the workers' compensation
  1 10 insurer for the employer.""
