  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "DATE" the following:  "– CONTINGENCY".
  1  5    #2.  Page 5, line 31, by inserting after the figure
  1  6 "2002" the following:  ", only if the general assembly
  1  7 appropriates and the governor approves funding
  1  8 specifically for the purpose of providing the written
  1  9 information and acquiring the data required under this
  1 10 Act".
  1 11    #3.  Title page, line 2, by striking the word "an"
  1 12 and inserting the following:  "a contingent".
