  1  1    Amend House File 2109, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 99B.6, Code 2001, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  7A.  With the exception of
  1  8 backgammon or other similar board game, any game
  1  9 involving dice is prohibited, if the wager exceeds
  1 10 five dollars."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
