  1  1    Amend House File 2530, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 17, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  6 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words "and
  1  8 making" and inserting the following:  "making".
  1  9    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "applicable" the following:  ", and providing an
  1 11 effective date".
