  1  1    Amend Senate File 2304 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  GENERAL FUND.  There is appropriated
  1  5 from the Iowa economic emergency fund created in
  1  6 section 8.55 to the general fund of the state for the
  1  7 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June
  1  8 30, 2002, the following amount, or so much thereof as
  1  9 is necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
  1 10    For providing necessary funding to the general fund
  1 11 of the state:  
  1 12 .................................................. $  3,000,000"
  1 13    #2.  Page 5, by striking lines 19 through 24.
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
