  1  1    Amend House File 2078, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, line 22, by inserting after the words
  1  4 "of Iowa." the following:  "The Iowa fund of funds
  1  5 shall require venture capital funds receiving
  1  6 investments from the Iowa fund of funds to maintain a
  1  7 portfolio with at least one-third of the value of the
  1  8 portfolio of investments in Iowa businesses, at least
  1  9 ten percent of the value of the portfolio of
  1 10 investments in rural businesses, and at least ten
  1 11 percent of the value of the portfolio of investments
  1 12 in businesses with less than one hundred employees."
