1 1 Amend Senate Concurrent Resolution 103 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 18 and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 "A Concurrent Resolution amending the compensation
1 5 resolution for employees of the Seventy-ninth General
1 6 Assembly.
1 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
1 8 SENATE CONCURRING, That for the duration of the 2002
1 9 Regular Session of the Seventy-ninth General Assembly,
1 10 secretaries to senators and representatives are
1 11 presumed to have 36, rather than 40, hours of work
1 12 each week the general assembly is in session and shall
1 13 be paid only on that basis.
1 14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following joint
1 15 Senate/House employees of the Seventy-ninth General
1 16 Assembly be placed in the following pay grades and be
1 17 paid an overtime premium:
1 18 Security Secretary I.......................... Grade 19
1 19 Security Officer I............................ Grade 20
1 20 Security Officer II........................... Grade 23
1 21 Conservation/Restoration Specialist II........ Grade 31"
