1 5 "DIVISION
1 6 FUND TRANSFERS
1 7 Sec. . VISION IOWA FUND – TRANSFER TO REBUILD
1 8 IOWA INFRASTRUCTURE FUND. Notwithstanding sections
1 9 12.71 through 12.77, sections 15F.101 through 15F.106,
1 10 sections 15F.301 through 15F.304, or any other
1 11 provision of law to the contrary, moneys in the vision
1 12 Iowa fund that are unencumbered, unobligated, or not
1 13 otherwise committed for a project approved for funding
1 14 by the vision Iowa board on the effective date of this
1 15 Act, shall be transferred to the rebuild Iowa
1 16 infrastructure fund. Moneys transferred to the
1 17 rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund pursuant to this
1 18 section shall be used for infrastructure projects
1 19 related to recreation, education, entertainment, and
1 20 cultural activities.
1 21 Sec. . REBUILD IOWA INFRASTRUCTURE FUND –
1 22 APPROPRIATION TO ECONOMIC EMERGENCY FUND.
1 23 Notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
1 24 "e", a sum equal to the amount transferred to the
1 25 rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund, pursuant to the
1 26 section of this division of this Act transferring
1 27 vision Iowa fund moneys to the rebuild Iowa
1 28 infrastructure fund, is appropriated to the economic
1 29 emergency fund from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure
1 30 fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and
1 31 ending June 30, 2002.
1 32 Sec. . UNENCUMBERED OR UNOBLIGATED MONEYS IN
1 33 REBUILD IOWA INFRASTRUCTURE FUND – APPROPRIATION TO
1 34 ECONOMIC EMERGENCY FUND. Notwithstanding section
1 35 8.57, subsection 5, or any other provision of law to
1 36 the contrary, moneys in the rebuild Iowa
1 37 infrastructure fund that are unencumbered or
1 38 unobligated at the end of the fiscal year beginning
1 39 July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, not to exceed
1 40 four million dollars, are appropriated to the economic
1 41 emergency fund."
