1 5 "Sec. . DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES. There is
1 6 appropriated from the Iowa economic emergency fund to
1 7 the department of human services for the fiscal year
1 8 beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the
1 9 following amounts, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 10 to be used for the purposes designated:
1 11 1. For the medically needy program in the medical
1 12 assistance program which shall be continued throughout
1 13 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001:
1 14 .................................................. $ 12,500,000
1 15 2. For the family investment program:
1 16 .................................................. $ 1,500,000
1 17 3. For child and family services:
1 18 .................................................. $ 4,500,000
1 19 4. For additional program support as determined by
1 20 the director of human services:
1 21 .................................................. $ 300,000"

1 24 "Sec. . COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE
1 25 PROGRAM. There is appropriated from the Iowa economic
1 26 emergency fund to the judicial branch for the fiscal
1 27 year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002,
1 28 the following amounts, or so much thereof as is
1 29 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
1 30 For the court appointed special advocate program
1 31 which shall be continued throughout the fiscal year
1 32 beginning July 1, 2001:
1 33 .................................................. $ 1,200,000"
