1 1 Amend the Senate amendment, H-1855, to House File
1 2 732, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
1 3 as follows:
1 4 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 10, the
1 5 following:
1 6 "# . Page 50, by striking lines 31 through 35,
1 7 and inserting the following: "assistance for state
1 8 child protection staff and for services and activities
1 9 currently funded with juvenile court services, county,
1 10 or community moneys and state moneys used in
1 11 combination with such moneys."
1 12 "# . Page 51, lines 9 and 10, by striking the
1 13 words "child protection"."
1 14 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 22, the
1 15 following:
1 16 "# . Page 58, line 33, by inserting after the
1 17 word "funding" the following: "or to implement, in
1 18 accordance with this Act, targeted case management for
1 19 child protection and for activities currently funded
1 20 with juvenile court services, county, or community
1 21 moneys and state moneys used in combination with such
1 22 moneys"."
1 23 #3. Page 4, by striking lines 46 and 47, and
1 24 inserting the following: "this Act, shall be reduced
1 25 by the amounts necessary to attain the withholding
1 26 target amount. If the department of human".
1 27 #4. Page 5, by striking lines 1 through 3, and
1 28 inserting the following: "the withholding factors
1 29 listed in subsection 2 as necessary to achieve the
1 30 withholding target amount. However, in making such
1 31 adjustments to the withholding factors the department
1 32 shall strive to minimize changes to the withholding
1 33 factors for those ending balance percentage ranges
1 34 that are lower than others and shall not adjust the
1 35 zero withholding factor specified in subsection 2,
1 36 paragraph "a"."
1 37 #5. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 38 and correcting internal references as necessary.
