  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3613, to House File 742, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the house, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 14 through 17 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "(1)  Of the amount appropriated in this paragraph
  1  7 "a", up to $300,000 may be used for costs associated
  1  8 with project management services in the division of
  1  9 design and construction of the department,
  1 10 notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
  1 11 "c"."
