  1  1    Amend House File 742, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, line 30, by striking the figure
  1  4 "1,000,000" and inserting the following:  "2,000,000".
  1  5    #2.  Page 13, by inserting after line 29, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "   .  For recreational grants to be used for the
  1  8 restoration or construction of recreational complexes
  1  9 or facilities under the recreational grant matching
  1 10 program:  
  1 11 .................................................. $  3,000,000
  1 12    Matching grants awarded from the funds appropriated
  1 13 in this subsection shall be awarded on a matching
  1 14 basis of one dollar for every two dollars the
  1 15 applicant had raised.
  1 16    The department shall give special consideration to
  1 17 recreational complex or facility projects which
  1 18 involve public and private sector participation."
  1 19    #3.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 20 internal references as necessary.
