  1  1    Amend House File 732, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 42, by inserting after line 29, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  It is the intent of the general assembly
  1  6 that one of the state mental health institutes under
  1  7 this section be closed on or before January 1, 2002,
  1  8 and that any funds remaining unobligated and
  1  9 unencumbered under the appropriation in this section
  1 10 for that state mental health institute be transferred
  1 11 to the appropriation in this Act for child and family
  1 12 services."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
