1 6 fund of the state to the department of corrections for
1 7 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending
1 8 June 30, 2002, the following amounts, or so much
1 9 thereof as is necessary:
1 10 a. For the first judicial district department of
1 11 correctional services, including treatment and
1 12 supervision of probation and parole violators who have
1 13 been released from the department of corrections
1 14 violator program, the following amount, or so much
1 15 thereof as is necessary:
1 16 .................................................. $ 369,000
1 17 ............................................... FTEs 8.00
1 18 b. For the fourth judicial district department of
1 19 correctional services, including treatment and
1 20 supervision of probation and parole violators who have
1 21 been released from the department of corrections
1 22 violator program, the following amount, or so much
1 23 thereof as is necessary:
1 24 .................................................. $ 250,000
1 25 ............................................... FTEs 5.00
1 26 c. For the fifth judicial district department of
1 27 correctional services, including treatment and
1 28 supervision of probation and parole violators who have
1 29 been released from the department of corrections
1 30 violator program, the following amount, or so much
1 31 thereof as is necessary:
1 32 .................................................. $ 698,000
1 33 ............................................... FTEs 10.00
1 34 d. For the seventh judicial district department of
1 35 correctional services, including treatment and
1 36 supervision of probation and parole violators who have
1 37 been released from the department of corrections
1 38 violator program, the following amount, or so much
1 39 thereof as is necessary:
