  1  1    Amend Senate File 349, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 26, and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "a".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 31 through 35 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    " c.  A person may initiate a complaint or
  1  8 investigation under this section by providing
  1  9 anonymous information to the board.  The board shall
  1 10 regard any anonymous information submitted to it as
  1 11 confidential, pursuant to section 22.7, subsection 18,
  1 12 until the board determines that there is no probable
  1 13 cause to believe a violation has occurred, until the
  1 14 board directs administrative resolution or informal
  1 15 settlement of the matter, or until a notice of a
  1 16 contested case proceeding is issued under subsection
  1 17 9."
