1 6 line 24, and inserting the following: "sum of the
1 7 amount of property taxes levied for general county
1 8 services and the amount of property tax replacement
1 9 dollars received, the amount of revenues received
1 10 under section 99F.11 that were specifically designated
1 11 for property tax relief, and the amount of local sales
1 12 and services tax revenues received as property tax
1 13 relief and deposited in the general fund, all for the
1 14 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, times one and
1 15 sixty-seven thousandths."
1 16 #4. Page 15, by striking lines 10 through 35, and
1 17 inserting the following: "the amount of property
1 18 taxes levied for rural county services and the amount
1 19 of property tax replacement dollars received, the
