  1  1    Amend House File 469, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 28 through 31 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  e.  The dealer shall tender to the
  1  6 supplier the items described in paragraphs "c" and "d"
  1  7 free and clear of all claims, liens, and encumbrances.
  1  8 Any such claim, lien, or encumbrance shall transfer to
  1  9 the proceeds and be paid in the order and priority
  1 10 specified in article 9, part 3, of the uniform
  1 11 commercial code."
