  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3296, to House File 561, as
  1  2 passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 27 and 28 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "vehicle on a public highway
  1  5 while carrying a passenger if the all-terrain vehicle
  1  6 has no passenger designation.  However, a person may
  1  7 operate an all-terrain vehicle while carrying up to
  1  8 the number of passengers for which the all-terrain
  1  9 vehicle is designed."
