1 5 " . "Medically accurate" relating to information
1 6 and materials provided by the state under this chapter
1 7 means that all of the information and materials
1 8 provided are verified or supported by the weight of
1 9 research conducted in compliance with accepted
1 10 scientific methods and published in peer-reviewed
1 11 journals, where appropriate, and are recognized as
1 12 accurate and objective by leading professional
1 13 organizations and agencies with expertise in
1 14 reproductive health services, such as the American
1 15 college of obstetricians and gynecologists, the
1 16 American medical association, or the centers for
1 17 disease control and prevention of the United States
1 18 department of health and human services."
1 19 #2. Page 1, line 35, by inserting after the word
1 20 "following" the following: "medically accurate".
1 21 #3. Page 2, line 29, by inserting after the word
1 22 "shall" the following: "be medically accurate and
1 23 shall".
