  1  1    Amend Senate File 505 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "term." the following:  "The county board of health
  1  4 may delegate its appointment authority to the local
  1  5 community empowerment area board or designate the area
  1  6 board to act as the community review committee in a
  1  7 manner and with members determined by the area board."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 33, by striking the word "shall"
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "may".
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 9 and 10 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "that county.  A committee
  1 12 shall have full access to".
  1 13    #4.  Page 4, line 5, by striking the words
  1 14 "physicians or other" and inserting the following:
  1 15 "physicians, other".
  1 16    #5.  Page 4, by striking lines 23 and 24.
  1 17    #6.  By renumbering as necessary.
