  1  1    Amend Senate File 487 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, lines 13 and 14, by striking the words
  1  3 "or to a person sentenced as an habitual offender" and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "a person sentenced as an
  1  5 habitual offender, felonies listed in section 901A.1,
  1  6 or a felony committed by a person on parole, work
  1  7 release, or while in the custody of the director of
  1  8 the department of corrections".
