  1  1    Amend Senate File 165 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 24, by striking the words "or
  1  3 officer of state government" and inserting the
  1  4 following:  ", officer of state government, or officer
  1  5 of a governmental subdivision, including but not
  1  6 limited to county, city, township, school district, or
  1  7 any other special purpose district".
  1  8    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 26 and 27, and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "person in a language other
  1 10 than English."
