  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 29 the

  1  5    "   .  To the department of education in 2000 Iowa
  1  6 Acts, chapter 1223, section 3, and other enactments
  1  7 making appropriations from the general fund of the
  1  8 state to the department for that fiscal year."
