  1  1    Amend Senate File 165 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 7A.1, unnumbered paragraph 1,
  1  5 Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    State officials, boards, commissions, and heads of
  1  7 departments shall prepare and file written official
  1  8 reports, in simple English language and in the most
  1  9 concise form consistent with clearness and
  1 10 comprehensiveness of matter, required by law or by the
  1 11 governor."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
