  1  1    Amend Senate File 63 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 18 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "physical bodily injury, or that is
  1  4 intended to cause".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 21, by striking the word
  1  6 "subsection:" and inserting the following:
  1  7 "subsections:
  1  8    NEW SUBSECTION.  1A.  For the purposes of
  1  9 subsection 1, "person having control over a child or a
  1 10 minor" means any of the following:
  1 11    a.  A person who has accepted, undertaken, or
  1 12 assumed supervision of a child or such a minor from
  1 13 the parent or guardian of the child or minor.
  1 14    b.  A person who has undertaken or assumed
  1 15 temporary supervision of a child or such a minor
  1 16 without explicit consent from the parent or guardian
  1 17 of the child or minor.
  1 18    c.  A person who operates a motor vehicle with a
  1 19 child or such a minor present in the vehicle."
  1 20    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 21 word "child" the following:  "or minor".
