  1  1    Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  18A.6A  STATE CAPITOL – OPEN TO
  1  2 PUBLIC.
  1  3    The state capitol shall be open to the public from seven
  1  4 a.m. to six p.m., on all days other than state holidays
  1  5 enumerated in section 1C.2.  This section shall not prohibit a
  1  6 person entering the state capitol or within the state capitol
  1  7 from being subject to an otherwise lawful search.  
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9    This bill provides that the state capitol shall be open to
  1 10 the public seven days a week from seven a.m. to six p.m.,
  1 11 except on state holidays.
