  1  4 ADDING CERTAIN INFORMATION CONCERNING SCHOOL SECURITY OR
  1  5    EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS TO THE LIST OF PUBLIC RECORDS KEPT
  1  6    CONFIDENTIAL.

  1  8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  9 
  1 10    Section 1.  Section 22.7, Code Supplement 2001, is amended
  1 11 by adding the following new subsection:
  1 12    NEW SUBSECTION.  43.  Information concerning security
  1 13 procedures or emergency preparedness information regarding a
  1 14 school corporation if disclosure could reasonably be expected
  1 15 to jeopardize student, staff, or visitor safety.  This
  1 16 subsection is repealed effective June 30, 2007.
