  1  1    Section 1.  Section 18.115, Code 2001, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  11.  All state-owned motor vehicles shall
  1  4 be equipped with an electrolysis product designed to reduce
  1  5 combustion engine emissions by burning hydrogen in conjunction
  1  6 with the motor vehicle fuel.  
  1  7                           EXPLANATION
  1  8    This bill requires all state-owned motor vehicles to be
  1  9 equipped with an electrolysis product designed to reduce
  1 10 combustion engine emissions by burning hydrogen in conjunction
  1 11 with the motor vehicle fuel.
