1 2 BY COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS
1 3 (SUCCESSOR TO HSB 143)
1 4 A Concurrent Resolution restricting the expenditure
1 5 of moneys from the general fund of the state for
1 6 out-of-state travel by members and employees of
1 7 the general assembly and providing an effective date.
1 8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
1 9 SENATE CONCURRING, That moneys appropriated from the
1 10 general fund of the state for purposes of the
1 11 legislative branch shall not be expended on out-of-
1 12 state travel by members or employees of the general
1 13 assembly for the period beginning on the effective
1 14 date of this resolution and ending June 30, 2001; and
1 15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution takes
1 16 effect upon passage of the resolution by both houses
1 17 of the general assembly.
