1 3 #1. Page 47, by inserting after line 34, the
1 4 following:
1 5 "( ) One thousand feet away from a farm pond
1 6 that is owned by a person other than the owner of the
1 7 confinement feeding operation structure proposed to be
1 8 constructed, and is used to raise a species of fish,
1 9 including but not limited to fingerlings, for sale on
1 10 a commercial basis."
1 11 #2. Page 48, line 22, by inserting after the
1 12 figure "462A.2." the following: "However, this
1 13 paragraph does not apply to exempt a farm pond from a
1 14 separation distance otherwise required in this
1 15 subsection, if the farm pond is used to raise a
1 16 species of fish, including but not limited to
1 17 fingerlings, for sale on a commercial basis."
1 18 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
