  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8669, to House File
  1  2 2339, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 14 through 18 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "b.  One hundred percent of the amount of the money
  1  8 judgment if the money judgment is in excess of one
  1  9 million dollars, up to and including one hundred
  1 10 million dollars.
  1 11    c.  One hundred million dollars, if the amount of
  1 12 the money judgment is in excess of one hundred million
  1 13 dollars.""
