  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8669, to House File
  1  2 2339, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 9 through 18 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "2.  If the judgment or order appealed from is for
  1  8 money, such bond shall not exceed one hundred million
  1  9 dollars.""
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
