  1  1    Amend House File 2623 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 26, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  EXTENSION SERVICES TO 4-H FEES WAIVED.
  1  5 The Iowa cooperative extension service in agriculture
  1  6 and home economics shall waive any fees which it would
  1  7 otherwise charge during the fiscal year beginning July
  1  8 1, 2002, for its extension services, for extension
  1  9 services provided to the 4-H organization and its
  1 10 clubs, and shall seek voluntary contributions from
  1 11 individuals to cover the costs of providing extension
  1 12 services to the 4-H organization and its clubs."
