  1  1    Amend House File 2623 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 27, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  2002 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2326,
  1  5 section 92, subsection 6, if enacted, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  7    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  The appropriation in
  1  8 this subsection is contingent upon the appointment of
  1  9 an administrator of the division on the status of
  1 10 African-Americans and the appointment of all nine
  1 11 members to the commission on the status of African-
  1 12 Americans."
