  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8605, to Senate File 2318,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 7, by striking lines 26 through 47 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "3.  This section applies to any entity providing
  1  7 health insurance regulated by the state where the
  1  8 premiums tax rate is less than two percent."
