  1  1    Amend Senate File 2144, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the figure ".08"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  ".02".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 10 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "and it indicated an alcohol
  1  7 concentration of .02 or more but less than .10 and the
  1  8 person is under the age of twenty-one".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 20 and 21 and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "concentration as defined in
  1 11 section 321J.1 of .02 or more but less than .10, the
  1 12 department shall revoke the person's".
  1 13    #4.  Title page, line 1, by striking the figure
  1 14 ".08" and inserting the following:  ".02".
