1 8 "f. For the 2007 and subsequent calendar years:
1 9 (1) If the revenue estimating conference's
1 10 estimate of state general fund receipts for the fiscal
1 11 year ending June 30, 2006, made in December of 2005,
1 12 is at least twelve percent greater than the actual
1 13 state general fund receipts for the fiscal year ending
1 14 June 30, 2002, one percent.
1 15 (2) If the revenue estimate requirement of
1 16 subparagraph (1) is not met, two percent."
