  1  1    Amend Senate File 2309, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  NEW SECTION.  9H.8  ENGLISH CLASSES.
  1  6    A processor with more than ten percent of its
  1  7 workforce as noncitizens shall provide English
  1  8 language proficiency classes and the time to attend
  1  9 such classes to all employees who desire to attend
  1 10 such classes."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 12 internal references as necessary.
