  1  1    Amend House File 2586 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "3A.  A taxpayer shall not claim a tax credit under
  1  5 this section if the taxpayer is a venture capital
  1  6 investment fund allocation manager for the Iowa fund
  1  7 of funds created in 2002 Iowa Acts, House File 2078,
  1  8 or an investor that receives a tax credit for an
  1  9 investment in a community-based seed capital fund as
  1 10 defined in 2002 Iowa Acts, House File 2271."
