  1  1    Amend Senate File 2192, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 26, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The provisions of this
  1  6 division of this Act amending sections 321.182,
  1  7 321.190, and 321.196, relating to the issuance of a
  1  8 driver's license or nonoperator's identification card
  1  9 to foreign nationals, being deemed of immediate
  1 10 importance, take effect upon enactment."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
