  1  1    Amend House File 2186 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking everything after the enacting
  1  3 clause and inserting the following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 805.8A, subsection 14,
  1  5 paragraph d, Code Supplement 2001, is amended to read
  1  6 as follows:
  1  7    d.  LITTER AND DEBRIS VIOLATIONS.  For violations
  1  8 under sections 321.369 and 321.370, the scheduled fine
  1  9 is thirty-five fifty dollars."
