  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8277, to House File 2416 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#___.  Page 5, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  ICFMR CERTIFICATE OF NEED – FY 2002-
  1  8 2003 IMPLEMENTATION.  For the fiscal year beginning
  1  9 July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003, the health
  1 10 facilities council shall not approve applications for
  1 11 new or changed institutional health service resulting
  1 12 in more than ten new or changed beds for the
  1 13 intermediate care facility for persons with mental
  1 14 retardation classification.""
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
