  1  1    Amend House File 2483 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "inspection." the following:  "After inspection, an
  1  4 eligible church or house of worship shall promptly
  1  5 post a sign at the entrance to an elevator installed
  1  6 pursuant to this subsection stating the following:
  1  7 "In accordance with national consensus safety
  1  8 standards, the labor commissioner has deemed that
  1  9 restricted use elevators are unsafe except for
  1 10 residential use due to weight restrictions and other
  1 11 safety concerns.  Enter at your own risk.""
