  1  1    Amend Senate File 2258, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "crime" the following:  "in relation to the position
  1  5 sought, the time elapsed since the crime was".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 31 and inserting the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "(a)  Any of the following forcible felonies
  1  9 included in section 702.11:  child endangerment,
  1 10 assault, murder, sexual abuse, or kidnapping."
  1 11    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 7 through 22 and
  1 12 inserting the following:
  1 13    "(c)  Incest involving a child under section
  1 14 726.2."
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
